Getting Started

The following is a list of standard documentation that you will need to have available when you submit your loan application.  Some additional required information may vary based on your personal situation.

Identification

  • Legible copy of current government issued photo ID for ALL borrowers

Housing Information

  • Copy of most recent mortgage loan statements for all properties owned
  • Copy of homeowner's insurance declaration page for all properties owned

Income & Employment

  • Most recent 30 days pay stubs
  • IRS tax returns (all pages & schedules), W2’s, and/or 1099’s for the last two years

Asset Documentation

  • Copies of bank statements for the last two months.  ALL numbered pages, even if blank
  • Most recent 401k, IRA, CD or stock account statements.  ALL numbered pages, even if blank

Retired Borrowers

  • SSI and/or pension award letter stating the duration of benefits
  • Copy of any monthly benefits statements received by borrower
  • IRS tax returns (all pages & schedules), W2’s, and/or 1099’s for the last two years

Self-Employed Borrowers

  • Personal AND business IRS tax returns for the last two years
  • Copy of business license for the last two years (must be active)
