With a Windows-based PC, a check scanner, and a High Speed Internet connection, you can make deposits anytime and from any of your business locations. Each scanned check creates an electronic image (front and back) that is transmitted to ABC and deposited to your account. It’s that simple!

Your ABC Bank Representative will complete the initial Application & Agreement, set up security levels, deliver the user's scanner, and user guides. Then we will provide on-site testing and/or training. Once the scanner is installed and testing is completed, a date will be selected to go live to begin submitting deposit tickets to ABC Bank. After you are set up and begin using OFFICE BANKER you will have access to expert support from your Office Banker team, who can assist you with performance of the scanner equipment or transmission of electronic images to the bank.
