Customer Guide to COVID-19
Dear Valued ABC Customers,
The moves that have been made by both the federal and local governments to curb the spread of virus are having a major economic impact on the communities we serve. This is affecting many industries directly, many indirectly, and the effect to their employees can be catastrophic. Unfortunately, unlike natural disasters or catastrophic events like September 11, there is no business interruption insurance or property damage insurance to protect us.
As our customers, American Bank of Commerce wants you to know that we are willing to do all that is reasonable to provide financial assistance to you. Where necessary, we can provide payment relief, modifications of existing loans or additional credit when warranted. We are also committed to helping you find alternative means of financial relief.
While we are not certain when this crisis will subside, we are confident that the virus will eventually die out, a cure will be found or a vaccine to protect us will be developed. In the meantime, we are all in this together, and we must work together for the survival of our communities.
We appreciate your business, and we are always here for you!

As a fully FDIC-insured community bank, we want our customers to know the facts and feel good about their decision to bank with us. We are here to answer any questions that our customers have and encourage them to reach out anytime.
